Day 82 of the IFOST
After spending 8 days including Easter at Mt Dutton Bay, we moved off to Elliston where the other 4 spent two nights, and Dave & I spent on night before heading off to the free camp at Murphy's Haystack. Easter 2012 of the IFOST
We needed to hide out over Easter. We didn't have a booking anywhere (we never do) so we were expecting to have to stop at a roadside camp for Easter. While we were in Coffin Bay we were told about a place called Farm Beach so we went to check it out (it wasn't really very nice) but on the way we came across a little place called Mount Dutton Bay ( Read more... ) -

The boat has been launched! At last, we have had the boat in the water. Yesterday, despite the weather being a little cold and a little wet, Dave & I headed out to try our luck catching the King George Whiting. We caught 16 legal ones! Probably caught 20 undersized (and only JUST undersized I might add), but 16 at the legal size was a very nice ( Read more... ) -
Day 64 of the IFOST
AT LAST..............I've caught up. Today we are at Coffin Bay on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. The plan was to catch up with our friends Kev & Sue, and Kev's brother & sister-in-law, Ron & Joan here on the Peninsulas to do some fishing. Day 53 of the IFOST
Because of the long weekend in South Australia, we decided to back track a little to Langhorn Creek (where we went to the wineries) as the families of one of them - Bleasedale Wines - have actually set aside some land for us campers.
