My living room coffee table looks like a salad. They are power washing our apartment building so I had to bring all my plants inside. It's kind of cool really. I can't wait until I have a real garden...

We just got back from breakfast and a tour of the property with the cohousing group which prompted me to think about things and so I'm writing a ( full report )

So, we just got back from our first meeting of the cohousing group. It was, as expected, a very welcoming environment. It is hard to say objectively what I think, but if you want a gut feeling, it was wonderful. There were approximately 25 people there representing most of their membership. I had a job interview yesterday and am very confident that I now have a job. No papers have been signed, but he strongly implied that HR would be calling with paperwork. Besides, I rocked the interview! He walked me outside and then we stood around talking for a bit, then we shook hands, then we stood and talked a bit more. It was fantastic. I ( Read more... )

I finally cleaned enough that I found my seeds! I knew it would happen eventually. I swept and mopped the kitchen floor and cleaned the bathroom and when I returned to the kitchen to put the chairs away, I found my seeds- behind the coffee pot!
