1ok, there was that little unpleasantness at the vet's, but I so have diplomatic immunity on that one.

This afternoon I:

• dug up some fresh thin-skinned potatoes out of the garden
  
• made and froze some fresh tomato puree, also from the garden
  
• harvested and pureed half my horseradish stock, with a little white vinegar
  
• made soup with white beans, garlic, olive oil, and chard from the garden - enough approximately for one small March on Washington
