I got sick in an new way recently after trying soaking, sprouting, and using kefir. Different kinds of intestinal problems. I suspect cryptosporidium parasite, along with other things. yes, i've had a lot of things to be stressed about lately, but the amount of stress that i experience seems disproportional. at least it's unhealthy. but i think i figured out why. i've been getting 6-8hrs of sleep each night and i regularly require 10hrs. 12hrs when sick or stressed. i was really really stressed one day and fell asleep in my chair ( Read more... )
