Welcome to the Aura Star Pradeda.

Straight off the product line, the average Aura Star ship weighs approximately 230 metric tonnes, usually 90 meters long from the bridge nose to the port engines. The interior pathways of the ship measure to nearly 7,000 square meters. This is a small ship for a small crew, but the A.S.Pradeda has been modified so that a good section of what should have been passenger and personal has been converted to laboratories and a interior garden with an artificial sky.

The Aura Star Pradeda once housed a crew of sixty-five, with thirty double bunk passenger sleep cabins and five rooms for the actual senior officers of the crew. As of the moment, the senior quarters are all locked away and three of the sleep cabins have been damaged, along with a majority of the ship's rear right sections. The right thrusters are also in severely bad shape.

MAP SECTION:

The unmarked grey sections on the map- T-1 is the rectangle in the front of the ship, T-2 on the port left, and T-3 in port right.

T-1; The only elevator on the ship, this section spans all three floors and while it is not a seperate room, each floor is closed off until the elevator comes through. It is a large elevator and as he same air-tight door as the rest of the ship, and can be opened in two directions. While the elevator has not been summoned, people may walk freely through where the elevator passes, as the floor is much like the bridge that seabound ships pass through-- it seperates and lifts as the elevator comes through, and does so in a very quick manner, so don't think about trying to fall or drop someone down the elevator shaft, as it is. While the elevator is not resting here, this area becomes part of whatever hallway section on the floorplans, and is similarly considered as such. When the elevator does come through, it is like a train crossing. It only passes when it detects no weight on the area it goes through, and there is a warning bell to alert those who pass by. So it is possible to delay those in an elevator by purposefully standing atop the area it should go through.

T-2 and T-3; these are not elevators, but they are ladders to climb onto all three floors. While most tend to use the elevator, if you don't want to wait or would rather skip the journey to the front of the ship, these shafts are quick and easy to use and once again span all three floors. They are placed in airtight rooms so you have to get into this room in order to climb up or down, and should something occur here, this section on all three floors would be sealed off.

Top Floor:
Section 1A - 1J

1-A; The bridge, where the five main officers of the ship mainly stayed in. It's the area that controls the entire ship and with the consoles to not only control where the Pradeda goes, but also to control what parts of the ship gets purged or quarantined and what happens where. Each part of the ship can be controled via the bridge.

1-B; Officer rooms. As there were five officers aboard the Pradeda, their rooms are placed closest to the bridge in case of emergencies. The largest of those rooms is the Captain's room. All of these rooms are currently locked away from passengers.

1-C and 1-D; Crew chambers. These are extremely small and each room is meant to house two people. The most private area on the ship for crewmembers, seeing as the hatch for their beds can be shut to give them some privacy from their roommate. However, don't expect complete privacy as those hatches are not sound-proof. A nightmare would still wake up your roommate. To the other side of the room are lockers where you can place your things, and enough space to stand between the bed and lockers that the both of you may change in relative comfort.

Section 1C houses all the odd number rooms, and section 1D houses all the even numbers. To find your room, please scroll further down the page.

1-E; the communal showers. That's right-- communal. Have at it, guys, because to preserve space, the most privacy you're going to get is a shower stall for those who truly want their privacy. But those are limited and it's easiest to shower in the main room as to not wait for the stalls. If you want to get some private time in the showers, maybe you should book the hours with the computer system. Otherwise 7-9pm are assigned for men, and 9-11pm are assigned to women if you're trying to find a time when the showers are not available to both genders.

1-F; The storage room, which is currently locked away by the ship computers as hull damage has reached this area and there is no oxygen or gravity in that room until the hull is fixed. It contains all spare nutrient packages and spare parts for the ship-- small things, like lights and metal pieces. Also, there are the spare spacesuits since the area is close to the escape pods on the ship.

1-G; The hallways, which can also be sealed should there be an emergency.

1-H; The room in the center of the hallway, or the basic entertainment room. A place covered with fiberglass windows, it's a casual lounge for those who want to spend some time socializing before bed and just enjoy some R and R. The place is filled with comfortable chairs and tables, old style books and even a terminal for movies. Spend some time and browse through books or movies.

1-I; The escape pod room, which is quite large but inaccessable to people at the moment, seeing as not only is the room damaged, but there is a noticable hole in the hull that can be seen through the window of the door. This door is sealed shut and cannot be opened by any means until the hull is repaired.

1-J; LOCKED.Through the escape pod room is the engine at the back of the ship. But you won't even be able to see into this room seeing as there are no windows on this door. The engines need to be fixed before the ship can escape the pull of the black star, but you'll have to through the room with the escape pods before you can even get to the engine room.

Middle Floor:
Sections 2A - 2N

The light blue unmarked box is the hygiene facilities on the middle floor. While the top floor has showers and toiletries, this one has toiletries and an area to process wash your clothing.

2-A; At the very front of the ship under the bridge is the gardens, which is large and contains an assortment of smaller domestic animals. It even contains a miniature waterfall, with a sky painted to give the illusion of space. Outside of personal chambers, this is the only room which has no holographic sensors at all. This is largely in part due to the plant and animal life here which can easily damage or be damaged by those mechanical parts. While this place is not all that large, it does indeed look bigger than it is due to the excellent paint and lighting jobs to simulate night and day. These are real plants and animals, although the trees are genetically engineered to have shallow roots as to not disturb to circutry below them and animals will refuse to leave this area as there is an electric field which keeps them inside. Should a person wish to take an animal outside, they may do so as long as they are holding onto that animal.

2-B; The Cryo-Chambers where everyone first wakes up. This room is perpetually cold, so those who wish to take refuge here should be sure to keep an extra coat on and try not to startle when a new person wakes up. These chambers will have moniters on people still sleeping and about to awaken... the life signs and names of these people (please check reserves section). Sometimes these people take a very long time to wake, and sometimes they wake quite suddenly. A part of this room is iced over. Unlike other Meliora ships, the Pradeda does not protect its Cryo-chamber should worst comes to worst. Despite anyone who reads up on this line of ships, this is not the safest room on the ship.

2-C; Navigational controls of this ship. Designed to tell you exactly where you are in the universe and perhaps where everything is in relation to Pradeda, the navigational systems were a bit fried from whatever happened before people started waking up here, and by the gravitational pull of the black hole. Still, it remains a very beautiful sight.

2-D; Cryo-Chambers debriefing room, which is very basically an central information hub designed to keep those who awaken from the sleep up to date with current events. It acts like a very comfortable and warm conference room, and any information accessed here will inform the bridge about the ship's newest tennant.

2-E; Canteen. This is where Letalis died, and the place where people will gather for food and drinks. It's recommended that people eat in here and not take their trays elsewhere as there is no one who would clean up after them and a limited amount of trays. All trays and utensils after consumption should be deposited back into the machine in the kitchen which will wash and sanitize those items and them have them ready again within minutes for usage, placed back into the correct places. All food here is in powder form and will only need water and some time to make.

2-F; Middle deck hallway connecting the elevator.

2-G; Hallway connecting the debriefing room, medical bay, and section T-2. The medical bay is currently UNLOCKED [day 04].

2-H; LOCKED. Medical bay. Currently unavaliable to passengers.

2-I; Hallway connecting the medical bay, canteen, and T-3. Currently unaccessable due to hull breech.

2-J; LOCKED. Morgue, only accessable through the medical bay. Most Meliora ships have a morgue only for the benefit of the ships as bodies are not jettisoned out into space as per old traditions.

2-K; LOCKED. Laboratory. Currently locked, and passengers will be unable to enter under any and all circumstances.

Bottom Floor:
Sections 3A - 3D

3-A; Cargo bay. Extremely large and spacious, this room is full of empty crates and lifting equipment.

3-B; UNLOCKED day 03. Laboratory. Home of the holographic repair crew and a dissection lab. Also contains vials of DNA samples of over 80 million non sentient animals, ranging from insects to cattle.

3-C; Recreational area, desiged to keep crewmates in top shape physically. Log in some hours on training courses here.

3-D; Engineering. This is the part of the ship that contains most of the pipes with star energy, and the area should be treated with extreme care as this is where life support systems reside, as well as all other functions on this ship. While the bridge may be able to control the rest of the ship, if anything in engineering is broken, then the ship will be broken as well. It's not just about an engine, after all. Spaceships need air, gravity, and energy to sustain a crew.

For those who are curious and brave, there are service hatches that will take you all around the ship. But those should generally only be used in case of emergencies, and people should consult with the computer first to avoid any unnecessary injuries.

Rooming:

As the pictures suggest, the sleep cabins are extremely small and made for two people to share. If you have a preference for your roommate, please state it here! Otherwise, we will assign people randomly to their rooms.

(Rooms 26, 28, and 30 are currently unavailable due to damage. Otherwise, two people per room, numbered 1-30.)
