I married off a good friend from high school this weekend. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding and that mostly entailed telling her how beautiful she is and wearing a pink dress with a navy shrug and helping her mother whenever possible. I don't know how I did in summer school and nor do I really care at this point in time. I think I earned a B, but hell, if I earned a C, I don't think I really need the course anyway. It's Father's Day. I don't get to celebrate Mother's Day and ever since the heart attack, I enjoy celebrating Father's Day even more. I bought a movie from PBS that Dad wanted and took him out to eat at Texas Land and Cattle. Mmmmm...beef. John keeps changing his tune. I walked out of our apartment Saturday morning to run errands and I had flowers waiting for me. He also called me on Thursday night, crying. It recently occurred to me that I'm putting too much self-worth into what John thinks of me right now.

I also think he has issues with isolation. That's another story.

Even though I'm trying to be more calm now, my stomach has not ceased in flipping and turning, and my appetite is really poor.
