it is 4:30 and so much lighter then i remember it being at 4:30 in such a long time. days grow longer. hair and nails do too. this weekend they say "you lose an hour" but i will gain an hour everyday until i "gain an hour." each day now at this time it will be 5:30 and the sun will be up longer and longer even more. the sun fills me and helps ( Read more... )

today was real fun. classes were pretty thought provoking and i thoroughly enjoyed the time i spent in them. work was nice cause i worked with a friend which means i basically hung out with my friend today and got payed for it. i played lazer tag with new people in providence that i also think are real good. then stayed up late talking to old ( Read more... )

my cat mindy has cancer. she only weighs 6 pounds now, but is full of energy and has a shining, beautiful black coat still. she's got a little stub of a tail cause it was infected when we found her and had to go. she's been one of my best friends ive ever had for over 16 years so far. she is the first thing that i ever noticed was alive. just ( Read more... )

today i feel like i am really feeling things again for the first time in a month and it feels so good. i dont know why. maybe it is the new moon.

i still feel like me. my new roommate is the greatest person ever. im gonna live in a nice house. things are going to be okay. i wish i had a drumset.

so i left portland about 2 weeks ago. i'm sad and not really sure how i feel right now about leaving the pacific northwest, i felt so comfortable with who i am there and everything just felt really alright. i went to arcata for three days and immediately made some of the best friendships i've made in a while, saw beautiful trees, land, and oceans ( Read more... )
