Canon
Charles - Riku was Charles's hostage, but almost immediately befriended him instead. Charles looked so lonely and sad, but Riku also thought that beneath his unfriendliness, there was a normal boy who needed saving. Riku's fondness for Charles, his belief that Charles was his friend, and his desire to save Charles all led to Riku sacrificing his life (and then, in exchange, his humanity) for him. Riku was in denial about Charles's death, and especially as to who killed him. Now to be reunited with Charles in Purgatorium is like a dream come true - Riku gets a second chance to be the best friend he can be to Charles.
Riku has been learning more about Charles during his time here, specifically about his history with Van and current sexual relationship with Muraki. Riku wants Charles to be happy, so he is trying to be positive about the relationship, but is concerned Charles isn't getting enough emotional support. When Charles posed as Solomon and attacked and attempted to rape Saya, Riku got extremely upset and left their house. They are currently trying to reestablish their friendship.
Charlie/Shaaru-chan - Riku is essentially Cloney's mother. Initially, he mistook him for Charles, but even when he learned the truth about him, Riku still maintained his protectiveness over the little clone. He worries about Charlie, especially given his tendency to bite strangers.
When Charlie was aged up, Riku learned more about his depth of feeling, and has since decided to put more efforts into educating Charlie and helping his speaking abilities.
Diva-san - The Diva of Purgatorium is not the Diva Riku knew and wanted to help. What he has learned about this Diva and her actions against his anime counterpart has terrified Riku. Diva paid him a visit and nearly killed him by drinking his blood; the most Riku could do against her was try to escape.
There is a new Diva, but she is very much the same as the old one, consistently calling for Riku and tempting him to come to her side. Riku has finally learned to avoid her, after a disastrous first meeting, wherein Diva tried to force herself on him, and he had to be rescued by Nathan and Saya.
Haji-san - Riku doesn't know Haji too well, but he very much enjoys his cello playing. He wants to be a little more like Haji, able to protect those he cares about, and so he wants to learn much from Haji.
Saya-neechan - This Saya is different from the one Riku knew. One very big difference is that this Saya did not kill Charles, so Riku will not hold that against her. As such, Riku is affectionate towards this Saya - the rift that came between them in the manga is almost healed. He loves his sister very much and wants her to be happy. He would gladly defend her, but he would still stand up against her to protect Charles.
Solomon-san - Different from the Solomon Riku knew. That being said, even after Riku learned the truth about his Solomon, he will not hold that truth to this one. As long as this Solomon does not hurt Charles, Riku will still invite him to his party.
Purgatorium
Buffy-san - Worried that he'll do something wrong and she'll slay him. But she seems like a nice person! Er, when not threatening his life. D:
Makubex-san - A very kind man who is currently Riku's employer. Listens to Riku's problems and is a comforting presence. Riku likes him very much.
Mao-san - One of the people trapped in Urado House with Riku during the event. Friends with Charles, which makes Riku instantly like him. Riku had to keep him from wandering off.
Muraki-san - A very nice man, who Riku knows through Charles. Riku has since learned that their relationship is sexual. He would like to get along with Muraki, but is suspicious of him becoming another Van.
Tieria-san - Trapped with Riku in the Urado House event. Riku had to keep the three of them together most of the time, but Tieria was helpful after a while. Tieria saved Riku when the house tried to lure Riku away. Riku thought he was a girl at first, so they bond over that.
Zhygure-san - Riku enjoys posing riddles to Zhygure and sharing some of his wealth of useless information.
