The night after my TV "malfunction" I decided to test the TV again with an HDMI cable purchased from Wal-Mart. I decided to see if the HD mode was really messed up or if something had just gone awry with the settings. Plugging the short cable in I discovered the HD settings were fine on the TV. I managed to make it to my dentist appointment this morning. The doctor poked around at a wisdom tooth and informed me that it was growing in such a way that it impacted my gums. In effect my gum is actually covering part of the tooth. While the pain can be treated with medicine it will have to be removed in order to prevent rotting and infection. ( Read more... )

Frustrating home drama aside, the busy pace of my life has been slowing down recently. I'm still employed at PetSmart, which despite the low pay turned out to be a decent enough job. I'm still alive, although my journal has been pretty dead.
