Ashtanga, etc.
I'm starting an Ashtanga yoga practice for myself. I went to my mom's Ashtanga class when I was in Michigan, which is the second time I'd done it, and it's my favorite form of yoga I've done by far. Yay, goat's milk!

A friend of mine asked for recommendations on good websites that sell gothic-like lingerie. Shockingly, I had nothing to tell her. So I put the call out (selenya, I'm looking at you here). Anyone got some good sites to recommend?

Oh my god, HOW did I spend so long on an antidepressant that fucks me up like this when I try to get off it? I tapered down, over months. I was very good and careful about it.
