Good news everybody! I lost 16lbs in less than a week! Bad news, 16lbs. In. Less. Than. A. Week.. All you have to do is not eat and um, get sick every time you do try to eat. Best diet ever ( Read more... ) -

Just returned from ER, spent most of the day there. My sick feeling got sicker and I had to call an ambulance. It might be something to do with my liver/gallbladder of all things. At least my heart is OK (BP was 190/89 when medics came! OMG). Have to find a doc to look into it asap. Ugh ( Read more... ) -
