Nico and I are living separately. This is very new and most things are undecided or unclear.

Snert is dealing well, all things considered.

I've gotten into the unfortunate habit of posting everyday stuff to facebook only (not that I'm *terribly* voluble there either), and then putting here only the things that I feel I can't say more publicly, even in vaguebook form.  Which results in a weird, dark, and cryptic LJ presence.  So.  What's the ups with me ( Read more... )

We dropped her.  We held out our hands into a bed and said "Go ahead, don't worry, we'll catch you," and there was a sound somewhere in the distance, off to the right.  And we all glanced aside, our hands separating and our arms lowering just that little bit.  And she fell...

p.s. yes I believe in due process of law; I also believe that there is such a thing as the truth and that when there is not Something Wrong due process will align itself with the truth.
