I'm getting my blood pressure checked on Friday. High blood pressure runs in my family. Since I've been gaining weight I've been feeling the symptoms more and more. People I work with think I'm on something because I'm funny and out spoken now at work. I told them it's something legal. lol It's just my meds. It gives me more confidence to be my naturally funny self and it takes away my social anxiety/shyness.

Boo I don't want to go to work. I'm so stuffed. I just want to crawl into bed. This diet stuff is not working out. What's wrong with me? I need help sticking to Weight Watchers. I use to be so good at it. I suck now.

Yay I finally signed up for Weight Watchers. I went to my first meeting today. Well I've gone before, a couple of years ago. I feel like I'm on the road to recovery. I'm so excited!

I saw my new Psychiatrist today. She didn't mind that I brought my little girl with me today. I like her. She got me back on Luvox for the ocd and upped the trileptal for my awful mood swings. I hope you all are doing well.

No more dang excuses. I'm setting up my Weight Watchers pass tomorrow. I'll start next Tuesday. I wrote down a list of healthier foods I want to eat. No more hiding when I eat at work because I won't be eating junk food. I lost lots of weight on Weight Watchers so many times before. Time to slim down!

The ocd is getting worse. I wash my hands and arms around 50 times a day. My skin is getting so dry and red. When I wash my hands, I tell myself that's enough, they're clean. But then it just doesn't feel right. Then I wash and wash again. I take two showers a day. I use to tons of soap to wash my hands after I wash my personal parts and feet. ( Read more... )
