Some pictures I took tonight. The plan is to go in at sunrise. But, pfft, I probably won't. Heh.
Yeap, we've decided it can wait a week or so. Chances are, the ships not moving in the next week or two, so meh. I'll wait and see if I can get my good SLR back before then. Be better than the point and shoot I used for the pics below.

My Photo Experience Of The Weather
The following photos are roughly in order. Roughly. I've left a number of them out, as they're just not that interesting, or the rain has affected the photo too much, but yes. Enjoy?
This is the ground under my brothers carport. The water was about an inch deep here. It was about a foot and a half in his yard, and deeper in the gutters.

It's Raining, It's Pouring
Even today, despite the Knights playing football at the stadium, it's pretty chaotic. It's unusual to go more than an hour without hearing sirens. Or a chainsaw. You continually see trucks taking large amounts of greenwaste to the dump. And it just feels... wet. Not the ground. But, even the air, when it's not raining, it just feels wet.
