Welp, I hurt my back building some wood frames yesterday.

Fortunately, I made a mistake and my seminar starts TOMORROW, not today.

But the ouched back is kinda annoying.

Especially since I should be cleaning up around here, but frankly it hurts and I spent most of the morning in bed.
