Have you ever noticed that, when you are drinking some kind of opaque liquid (like chocolate milk) from a glass and a light is shining on it from above, it makes a little butt-shaped shadow in it? I wonder why that is.

SO! Just to let you all know. I finally got some time to sit down and read some recent LJ entries and I'm glad to see life is going on more or less like normal. Maybe less? Or maybe more. I'm leaving on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back againOkay, here's the deal: I'm leaving on 1 September 2005 to study French at the University of Nantes (in Nantes, France). I got the new Alkaline Trio album in CANADA EH? at a used CD store. (No, not a Used CD store, although I DID get a Used poster there as well.) I don't own any of the earlier albums, but this one is quite enjoyable. I mostly got it because of the song "Mercy Me," which is probably The Single. I heard it on KGRG a few times and loved it.
