Another incendiary "open letter" to my parents...seeing if I can push them to respond. I think, sometimes, that I enjoy pushing their buttons...and then other times, I feel it's my obligation to push the envelop with their belief system because it is about civil rights.

supremely happy. There, I said it. And today, I don't feel guilty about it. Only happy. Only enthusiastic. Not guilty. And for the first time in a very long time, I know I deserve to be happy.

Checking out of this for a while...because everyday is like Sunday
that's such a stupid stupid cliche line for my depression...especially when it gets so thick that I could cut it with a knife. Mother, May I Sleep with Danger?
Woke up to my Cuisinart coffee maker going off...if anyone else still has this self-grinding-loud-as-a-737-42-parts-to-clean-every-day pile of coffee making crap I would be surprised. Its a daily exercise in self-control to not throw it out the back door.
It makes damn good coffee. For me, that's excuse enough not to spend more funds.
