Seeking coders for text-based RPG
Hiya everyone,
I'm looking for coders for a rp-focused, text-based online rpg. The world is created, the systems are in place, now what is needed are some nice people to turn the descriptions to reality (by some definitions of reality). Weasel!
I saw a weasel (Mustela nivalis) today. This is the first time I've ever seen one living; and is the first mustelid I've seen in the wild other than sea otters and North American river otters. Fortunately, I didn't kill it; it darted in front of my car, then quickly ran back again and disappeared into the grass. -
Gay and they know it
I'm now the LGBT Middle Common Room (postgraduate) committee representative for my college. The previous rep had to leave early to start her PhD at a different university, and they needed someone to fill the vacancy, and I'd been asked numerous times if I'd be willing to run for the position, probably because I'm one of the few visibly gay ( Read more... ) -
Timing
It does figure; just as I'm officially too busy and too stretched financially to get any new gear, I checked the musicians wanted postings on Gumtree, and the first advert was a local band looking for a bass player to play rock/metal versions of classical music. I spent a couple years trying to get something like this arranged, a while back. -
Ely cathedral
Went to the city of Ely today to visit the cathedral and some of its outbuildings.
