Anyone else notice that the ad blocker ability on ff.net keeps dropping for the length of time it's enabled? It went from an initial five days to three days and now it's down to one day. Pretty soon I fear that ff.net will get rid of it entirely, and that will REALLY upset a lot of people. I don't mind sidebar ads or ads that don't take up a lot ( Read more... ) -
How many Kleenex will I go through?
I love Spring, I really do, but I hate the allergies that go along with it. I can't breath out of my nose because my sinuses are so swollen, it's obnoxious. Uuuuuurgh. Urgh.
Trying to write a 100 word (or less) letter of inquiry into a library job is a helluva lot harder than trying to write 5,000 words of a story where at least 95% of book one has been hand written already in notebooks scattered all over my room. I still haven't heard anything from the job I really want, though I only sent in my recommendation packet on Thursday. Chances are, though, that they'll just take a look and toss it into the trash can. At least it will keep my name in their minds, I guess.
