Would someone please explain why I am so cripplingly boring? I like to think it's because I'm partially sane, but am probably lying to myself.

Sometimes I wonder exactly how the collective (and presumably, therefore, whole) mind of Our Administration works. Three-person groups to create a presentation on anything at all?
