My plan is to try to not weigh myself for at least a week now so I dont become to paranoid about my weight. I do admit I feel a bit better this way than normal, but im afraid I will just maintain or worse gain weight because I'm not sure at this point how big I am. I made it down a pound after going up and down since my last update. I also had a binge episode yeserday so iim not going to check my weight until a few more days. So yesterday was pretty shitty but today I feel better after my binging fest. Just a small update of nothing to great besides the little one pound loss. Lost another pound since yesterday! But im getting scared becuase I havent went to the bathroom in days naturally and I think im stopped up, I have to take some laxatives and hopefully not only I would go the the bathroom but also lose a bit more weight, which seems to happen when I do take laxatives. Im very happy about making it to the 120's. I was meant to get down to the late 120's earlier this month but I kept effing up because I was with my cousins binge eating and going out to restaurants. Im not going out to a restaurant until I reach 120 pound which im only 9 pounds away from. I always get anxious and scared when I make itto a new low ( Read more... )

I will make a better update in a few more days explain whats been going on with me since Easter. My weight has been going up and down these past few weeks and now I weigh in at 130. Hopefully I can get down to 126 or 125 by next Sunday. That will give me a good head start to May and hopefully then I can lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks which is doable. I ( Read more... )

Its easter today and I got to say I'm freaked the phuck out! I mean I like being with my family and friends having a good time but the food is scaring me a bit. I think I'm just going to have  the veggie options f the food they cooked.

Today I woke up and weighed in at 133.5! I'm so effing happy I broke my plateau and getting closer to the 120's. Hopefully by mid next week I will hit my next 2 goal weights. I know within the next few days I'm going to reach 132 ad then hopefully by next week it will be 129 by the end of next week. I'm glad because I'm hitting my planned weights ( Read more... )

I hate maintaining 134.5 for two days now, ugh, but its way better than gaining the weight back or going up. I was hoping on getting to the late 20's buy next Monday bu that's not going to happen. As of yesterday I now weigh in at 136 one pound away from my goal weight. I give myself a mini gw of 3 pound increments. I treat myself when I reach a new goal weigh a diet hot coco that 20 cals a packet.
