Save the puppy! Seriously, good to see people doing something nice in the midst of all the grim news headlines you see all over the place these days. $4000 nice even. More if you include the cost of surgery to remove the extra limb. -
Computers and Puppies
Ok...so I've tried both Norton and Avast (separately of course) and Spybot (which finds lots of tracking cookies but nothing else), but it seems something is causing my computer to freeze up periodically for several seconds before working again. Funerals
Well, it's back to Louisiana. We got a phone call this morning that my grandfather died. The funeral will presumably be Friday or Saturday, don't know yet since he just passed away this morning. Ren Faire. One of the geek meccas. Where most of the attendees are theoretically washed, and the ones that aren't can expect the open air to neutralize some of their odor. New Beginnings
So I have started a new journal. I haven't touched livejournal in ages for the most part, I've changed journals at least three or four times since I've been on Livejournal, and before that Deadjournal. I have decided to create a new journal for several reasons, as follows:
