I'm home from hospital now. I couldn't remain there any longer, since my insurance only covers three days' stay. At least I had my cast cut off before I left, and while I've now a very interesting tan line, everything is fine. Is it just me, or was it unbearably cold today? The weather forecast said it should be seasonally warm, but I didn't feel any of it.
I'm sitting here wearing my thickest sweater with a scalding hot cup of chamomile, and I just can't seem to stop shivering.

I don't know why, but I'm just dead terrified about the whole ordeal. It's not that I'm afraid of doctors or hospitals, or such, but...it's tough to explain.
I haven't been able to eat anything in the greater part of two days. I think it might be the anxiety of it all...

I've had the house to myself for this entire week, and things have been running quite smoothly.
