Naps yesterday were a lot better. I'm still not quite feeling refreshed from them, but at least it does feel like I got some sleep in, which lets me restart my brain for the next wake period. My naps still weren't very refreshing yesterday, but I did notice that my body was starting to expect them again-- around a quarter to 14 I started feeling really lethargic, and again around 19:30. So that's good, I think. My mind was all over the place yesterday... really hard to focus on things. Otherwise all right, though ( Read more... )

So my second Day One went pretty well, actually. My naps weren't that restful, since my body isn't used to them anymore, but they were still good to have. So the reason I haven't posted anything about my sleep schedule experiment in the past couple weeks is that the holidays killed me. On the evening of the 26th, I spent the night at igasu's house, and that started the downhill slide.
