We're out of the original 13 colonies and on to
Vermont. I haven't been there yet, but the word is that there's lots of locally produced cheeses in Vermont, so I have a reason to go. This is probably an outshoot of Vermont's long history of dairy farming, which also led to such things as Ben & Jerry's.
By the way, this pretty much my only reason to go, as I don't have a single friend living in Vermont, or at least not that I'm aware of. My sister does, but that's as close as I get. Do you have any good reasons for me to visit Vermont?
These entries about states I haven't been to yet are a bit boring, but no worries. I've got the next eight covered one way or another.
