Now let's see...I think I was on the Depo Injection for about 4 - coming up to 5 years, but it could have been past the 5 year mark. I've never had any problems with the injection at all. SO...my family doctor/gyno that I expressed my mistrust of here before for not explaining all the effects of depo, is now offering body piercing. Classy.Not only am I weary of him for not explaining depo to me, when I explain my concerns and worries, he barely acknowledges them, if giving me an explanation at all. I've been using Depo for almost a year. I am not getting my next shot because my husband and I and are talking about TTC soon. For those of you who are in my place, how long did it take you to get prenant? I know everyone is different, but I'm trying to get some first had experience. Thanks!  

Hey, I was on depo for approx 3 years and been off for almost 2. I havent gotten my period for about 4 1/2 years now, but Im not really worried about that anymore. I gained so much weight from it though and it doesnt seems to be leaving. Growing up, I never had a problem with my weight, so being over my normal size is frustrating. Has anyone ( Read more... )
