The animal use protocol for the fish collection I've been doing for the Ohio Dept. of Ag. was approved just before Christmas. The subcontract arrived in an amount almost US$2,000 more than I had requested, so I have to rework my budget to appease the OSU Research Foundation before I can put the contract in place ( Read more... )

I love to fish. Unfortunately, after fish became my job, managing to make recreational fishing a priority amongst the demands on my time seems to have become more difficult. Michael's funeral was Wednesday. I consider myself to be a passionate person. While I am aware of and cherish my emotions, I tend to not allow them to dictate, or even influence, my behavior.
