another shit 8-5-8, quite tough. Guess I'm feeling a bit meh about it 'cause I'm going away for the next two weeks and will not be able to keep on with the program. I'll pick it up again when I get back though, and hopefully will get enough exercise while I'm away from walking with a 20kg backpack
Very fortunately, because of previous warnings I did actually think to LOOK in the bin. But if I hadn't, it was a cardboard package in a paper and card recycling bin, it would have gone completely unnoticed.
yet another 8-5-8, the barrier between 8 and 20 minutes solid running seems insurmountable at the moment. Stretched a bit more but didn't make a huge difference, will have to do EVEN MORE next time.
hey chaps. I know some of you guys (Sci, Tab, Keith etc) on here get custom printed t-shits and the like, was wondering if you had any advice on which companies are good to use. A friend is interested in printing up some t-shits and would like to know who to go with and who to avoid. Probably a fairly small run, at least to start with, bold soild
STILL doing the 5-8-5 run, when I should be doing a solid 20 minutes. I think it;s the jump from 8 minutes to TWENTY, over twice as much in a single step, that is bothering me. It seems weird to have it there

another long gap, following this I will definitely get back on track with the 3/week schedule. Because of the gap, did another 8-5-8, was about as hard as last time. One more of those on Thursday then come hell or high water I WILL move to the next stage.
