Well, it was predicted by many sorces that the best thing for the economy and the stock market would be a clear win by either candidate for Presidency. So when we were looking at the Vigo county ballot, I noticed, as did several others in the class, the name Elaine Badnarik on the ballot as the libertarian lieutenant governor candidate for Indiana. This is often the substance of attack ads both locally and nationally by many politicians.  There is quite a dispute between Bush and Kerry as to what Kerry has actually accomplished as as senator.  Bush says Kerry only authored and passed 5 bills during his whole time in office.  Kerry on the other hand says he has passes a whopping 56!  Factcheck ( Read more... )

I just wanted to point out two of the exagerations made (one on each side) that CNN covered. The first, is the repeated use or $200 billion in spending on Iraq- made by Kerry.
