I like hats that keep their shapes and can't be folded or wadded up. (That's not why I like them; it just happens to be a characteristic of the hats I'm drawn to.) My problem is storage. You know what makes me want to get busy in my studio? Not having access to it. Whenever my sister comes to visit she turns my office into the guest room. That means that she puts her alarm clock and jewelry on my sewing machine and uses the space under the sewing desk for storage. Sometimes I have lots of things I want to do but no time to do them. Sometimes I have a sliver to time to myself but end up frittering it away in front of my computer (and not in a productive way).
