last night I started week three of the couch to 5k program, which is 90 seconds of running, 90 walking, 3 minutes running, 3 minutes walking. technically this is less running than I was doing previously but it's in longer stretches, which is the goal I'm working toward and what the program is also trying to do. movin' on up from 'week one' stage of the couch to 5k program. after the 5 minutes of walking there are 8 intervals of run/walk, last time I did 6 intervals of 60sec running, 90 sec walking and two 90/60.
