Making props: Mass Effect Arc Pistol!
So, as many of you know, I am a Mass Effect fan. I am also really into costuming. So I thought: why not do a ME-themed shoot while I'm in the US? Costuming I can handle. That's a cinch. Legend of Korra season finale
For those of you who don't know, I am an avid Avatard. I loved The Last Airbender, so when Korra came out, I was thrilled. It didn't disappoint for the entirety of the first season - elenuial and I loved it - and we followed faithfully.
Until we watched the finale tonight. Hoo boy, was that not how I would have ended it.

Mass Effect shirt designs!
So, some of my favorite little easter eggs in Mass Effect are the entertainment vids. All-Elcor Hamlet, Blasto the Hanar Spectre, and Fleet and Flotilla, the famous interspecies romance drama vid. Random crap to teach the kidlets pt2
On the subject of asking for things to help teach class: I'm making a lesson on the difference between handshakes, high-fives, and fist-bumps.
If anyone has examples of any of these in TV shows or movies (preferably in youtube clip format), that would be awesome.
Yes. I am teaching my kids fist-bump etiquette. This is very important. -

Hey, ladies (or the rare guy) on my f-list - do you remember any of those handclap games from elementary school? Some of the girls here want to learn them, and I can't remember them for the life of me.
