Hear me out! I am usually against painting wood, especially since our house is almost 100 years old and beautiful. BUT 80% of the trim was painted by previous owners. Only the two front rooms are unpainted. For resale's sake (and my everything has to match sanity) should I paint the trim in the two front rooms? Painting Formica/laminate?

Has anyone taken on such a task and if so, are there any particular products you would recommend? I just bought a formica topped Saarinen tulip table that has some pretty bad scratches in the top. Pet Odors on Couch

Hi all, looking for quick recs on pet odor removers. I don't need enzymatic, as they're not pee/poo related, more like general dog funk that comes from not washing the covers enough. I've done that in a load of hot water and vinegar, but I'd like to get the couch itself freshened up before recovering it.
