Diagnosed with TWO (minor) leaky valves. I google the symptoms of it, some of which are: dizziness, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, swelling in legs or elsewhere in the body, and fatigue. I went to the hospital for the stress test. I lasted 12 minutes, 2 seconds on the treadmill before tapping out. Ha! I was hoping for 15! My heart rate was at 96%. They kept asking me if I wanted to get off, I told them I would let them know. It wasn't my heart or lungs that was the problem, my legs were tired! ha! My weight is down today. I ate cottage cheese, a larabar, almonds, and a chicken sandwich with fries yesterday. Sounds like more than it is. But I'm glad my weight is down a little.

I hate the inconsistency.

I'm up two pounds over night. I always gain one back after my period. But two?

I'm both happy and sad right now...

Yesterday want the best eating day. I had around 1600 calories. Which isn't completely restrictive but isn't good either. My heart was back to acting up. I persisted in normalish eating despite the weight gain, humongous stomach, and feeling constipated. Well, for the most part I ate normally. I was struggling throughout the day. Just keeps going up and up and up. It's never going to stop. My reward for eating is to get fat and live in a body I loathe. That's quite the motivation.
