Life in Limbo
Trying to figure out going back to work is causing an anxiety attack.

Burned by Nero
I compiled the most awesome "bon voyage Don Hawk" cd of all time in Nero, but it simply refuses to work. First it was telling me that the drive was busy, so I went and downloaded the upgrades for Nero 6 to Nero 6 point whatever, now I just get process failed, process failed, process failed-- in spite of all my fiddling with it. Birthdays sometimes lead to reflection, so I re-read a lot of my journal recently. One thing I've really begun to dislike about my journal is that as time went by I began only making posts when I was stressed out and worried about things. Birthday Girl vs. Neurotic New Mommy
Michael has asked my friend Kathy to come baby sit for a couple of hours so he can take me to the movies for my birthday this evening. I'm not sure I WANT the gift, in spite of needing a break. Well, I'm still here, and have not completely abandoned this place in the name of motherhood.
What a couple of months it's been! It's been both extremely stressful and wonderfully magical. The moments of magic out weigh any thing else, happily.
