i've been so bad about posting my daily goals! if anyone notices when i miss a day, feel entitled to call me out on it! that will give me more of a sense of responsibility perhaps.

despite being exhausted, i had a great day today. i finally got to ride (we've had crappy weather all week) and it was so great. it's 2 am. some kid; i dont know him, was just found in my suite. his friends say he funnelled 13 beers tonight. he was entirely unconscious when i saw him. and started vomiting. it took like 15 minutes for the ambulance to come. he breathalized a .21. he's at the hospital now and i just hope he makes it. i think that since he vomited some that is ( Read more... )

oy. today was a snow day. so i got a little homework done and took a nap around 11. well; i didnt wake up until 4!! guess i was a little tired. the downside was that the gym was closed today, so i did not work out. im thinking of tackling some push-ups and sit-ups in my room just so i dont feel like the day was a complete waste. the up side; since ( Read more... )

today i finally got my ass to the gym! i felt so guilty for going 5 days without working out that i busted out 60 mins of cardio; the machines estimated me at 735 calories! woo! i also ate better (as i always do when i'm at clinical) and drank 60 oz of water. so, i took a week off from being healthy, but i am coming BACK!

thanks for all your comments to my drunken/depressed post. today was spent recovering. i drank more than i should have last night. i'm questioning whether my drinking is a problem, but i dont think that it is. 4 days now without going to the gym. i'll get back into it tomorrow. i did ride 2 out of those 4 days though.
