My identity as a queer person has turned out to be a lot more fluid than I expected. I used to think, you are what you are; you figure it out at some point, and that's that. Back when I used LJ all the time, I had purchased add-on userpic space. That expired eons ago. Now there are a bunch that are "inactive" but still uploaded, so they're still on old posts. I haven't been on LJ in ages. I'm out of practice writing in general, but especially nonfiction. Life is stressful. But hey, maybe something new/old is what I need right now.
So yeah, this is me signing up for LJ Idol: 3 Strikes!
I probably won't last long, given the aforementioned rustiness. But it'll be fun. -
