Wouldn't it be great if life came with trigger warnings? Society has managed to do the major ones; sex, death, violence. I have a lot of rage within me. It gets worse every day. I don't know how to manage it. I feel like I'm at risk of going over the edge somehow. I don't know what the best course of action is.
