tonight my 4 year old asked me if she can be in the room when I have the baby. I had my 36-week appointment today. My doctor was really late and was behind on all of her patients, so I ended up waiting for 2 hours before I even got to see her. Bummer. =( Anyway, I gained 6 pounds this week, but she didn't get onto me and she thinks that a lot of that weight gain is due to water weight. Baby shower!!!!

I had my baby shower on the 5th and had a really good time (even though I had a bit of anxiety about it all) but it really ended up being just fine. I got a lot of adorable things, but not everything that I really needed. I still need to get my stroller/car seat set, all of the furniture, anddd the rest of my nursery set along with more diapers! High-risk?

Just out of curiosity...considering I've developed heart issues (high heartrate, skipped beats, and SVT which is episodes of very high heartrate) and am on heart medication and have to see a cardiologist and all that, do you think I should be seeing a high-risk OB? I have an issue with one of my friends buying me too much baby stuff.
Any time we go shopping, doesn't matter what it's for or if we go for lunch she always has to pay for EVERYTHING.
She is very well off and doesn't mind spending all of the money on me because she loves me soo much but it's beginning to bother me ( Read more... )
