Note to self
Being tougher than you are smart means injuries during Jiu Jitsu practice. After three or four years we should have learned this lesson already.
Instead a sore neck and shoulder is what we get.

Thanksgiving
So I was just informed that the turkey day I am cooking for went from 6 people to just three. Myself, one of my closest friends and his wife.
I have no doubt that it'll still be fun and I'm looking forward to it but compared to 18 people last year this is a pretty radical shift and definitely a lot more mellow.

Got my car back!
Hurray!
Also having most of the exhaust replaced means that once the car gets up to temp there's a smell (not exhaust smell) coming off of the new exhaust parts.
Doing some reading, this appears to be normal and should clear up pretty fast, but it does smell. -

So the last couple / few mornings I've been dragging ass for some reason, on top of that my blood sugar numbers have been up just slightly. Fasting numbers around 110 instead of what had become their usual 85-95 ( Read more... ) -
