So when I was in Russia for a summer (7 years ago!!) I got to be friends with a priest and his family. The priest, Fr. Andrei, was one of the priests serving at the cathedral but not the main priest (how do you say настоятель in English? Rector? I can say it in Greek....). What do you think, is kasha (buckwheat groats) too strong a flavor to be a side dish for scallops? I'm thinking mushroom kasha with herbs.

I should update! Happy belated Thanksgiving, everyone. Hope all of you who celebrate it had a great day. Mine was nice. I went with my parents and brother to my uncle's house. I do not know what is wrong with me. I am getting a cold *again*. For the third time this fall. And I have to go to bed, because I am so exhausted I can barely walk straight, but I couldn't sleep earlier. And.... language stuff
стоматологический (if you don't read Cyrillic, "stomatologicheskii"). It means "dental". Now, I know most of you don't know Russian, but if you happen to know Greek... can you figure out where it comes from?? I thought this was really cool.
