Julia and I went to the gym today for water aerobics but obviously the booklet had the wrong time. We got there just as the octogenerians were stretching and doing their cool down. I've been upset lately at how I go to the gym 4-6x's a week and haven't been able to lose any more weight and get over my plateau.
