I've just been bitten by a design flaw in the HP Pavilion laptop series. The power connector is a rigid Radio Shack style plug which sticks out from the side of the case. This weekend, the_raif brought over his Nintendo Wii and plopped it down next to my other consoles. I now understand where the Wii fits in, technologically.
