I just thought I would stop by and introduce myself.  I am the partner of a ftm.  We have been together for seven  years now and I met Brian as a female.  I am on board with the transition but now find myself without a connection or sense of belonging to a community.  I am hoping this is normal for the partner of a ftm and will pass. 

 My boyfriend is a musician and a singer, and athough he really wants to start T, he's super worried about what it will do to his voice. Right now he has a beautiful singing voice, but, of course, when he starts T  it will be one of the first things that change.
