If a guy tells you you're "hella fine" is that automatically too ghetto to be regarded as a compliment?

I just bought this shampoo that's supposed to make your hair grow faster. I really, really hope it works. Here's a question though... should I really let my roots grow all the way back in or does it look better black? I don't want to dye it for the rest of my life. I guess it didn't turn out as badly as I expected. They did pay me for all my hours on one check, and they only shorted me by $.63/hr. It could have been much worse.
