Kindle the Fire
I've had the Kindle a month now, and I'm still very pleased. I worried that, like most other techological things in my life, it would fade into the background and begin accumulating dust. Month 01

Week 002
Following up for myself. Hit the weekend and found it difficult to maintain the eating records, but I'm back on it. Still doing a good amt of water, working it more and more into my routine. Had some flan at the in-laws Sunday, and it's soooo good (even if it's bad for me). How can you not love a dessert that has 16 eggs in it ( Read more... ) -
Losing It
Not my mind, but my weight. I'm making a filtered list so I don't continuously spam your LJ with what I've been eating. Sure, it's good that I'm posting again and I have occasional other tidbits there, but really, it's for my own record-keeping. Day 007
And a full week. I won't say it's a full week of eating better, but at least I'm acknowledging what I'm doing.
06.01.09 - Bojangle's Chicken Biscuit for breakfast. Lobster Bisque from Whole Foods for lunch. Italian sub from Jimmy John's for dinner. At least 48 fl. oz. of water during the day. -

Day 003
05.28.09 - Sausage biscuit from McD's for breakfast. Mushroom Swiss Thickburger from Hardee's for lunch. Fish + Shrimp Platter from Captain D's for dinner. Water and Diet Dew throughout the day. Small bit of cookie dough late in the evening. Got a bit of aerobic workout in as well.
Not a stellar day, but still positive in my eyes. -
Day 002
I think all the water and a salad (gods no!) threw my system out of whack. Left the office early yesterday, felt miserable. But I'm back now with a vengeance! or something ( Read more... )
