Went to the World's most decadent shabu shabu restaurant this evening, with somnialcat, for his friend's birthday.
OMG! Jin, on Route 1 is amazing looking. Like a glittering neon pagoda, with lavish and drool worthy decorations, everyplace one can imagine. Place looks like a set for a Hong Kong action movie.

Oh, I was so glad to hear his voice. At around 1:45 this afternoon, I got a call from somnialcat telling me he'd landed safely, in Boston. A pair of Underground 10 eye platform steel-toe black combat boots. Roughly a 2-3 inch platform. Men's size 8, or a woman's size 10. Superb condition. No detectable wear on the tread.
