I had big cycling/shopping/haircut plans for today...

...but no.  I woke up this morning, chilled.  Thought I had a cold.  And I don't - it's just everything they told me about the effects of the chemotherapy.  It's kicking my ass.  I'm not leaving the house unless someone else can drive me.

The sprout is playing one of the only women characters in a giant Tolkien play in her morning summer school, and she is singing as part of a giant dancing Christian ecstaticism group in the evening.  If I'd been healthy, though, she'd have stayed home and grumbled with her dad and watched too much television, so once again, the Irony God is kicking ( Read more... )
