In todays lecture, we focused on "A Midsummer Nights Dream". MG spoke in great detail about this wonderful play. What i always find to be the most interesting about Shakespeares plays is the voices and personalities that he so distinctly gives each character. Very interesting topics covered in this weeks lecture! From the study of the two poems, ive found that i am particularly intrigued by the age-old arguement that is the opposing views of love, passion and romance between the sexes. LAST WEEK OF UNI FOR THE YEAR!!!
As much as i loooooove uni *cough*, holidays are overdue. I find it sad though, i gain much less of a sense of joy in the finality of finishing a uni year than i did a school year. i think at school there are all those presentation nights, and there is the hoopla of finishing of a grade. I wasnt able to attend last weeks lecture because my grandfather died last week. He was sick for a very long time. Whilst i will miss him terribly, I am glad that he is no longer suffering.
