A/N: Oh, Member Ai ♥
Well, this turned out twice as long as a normal chapter, but I decided against splitting it into two. It's okay for the final chapter to be slightly longer. Yay for attempted crack.
I hope you'll enjoy the drama ♥

Drying his hair with a towel, Tegoshi came out of the bathroom. He wore a fluffy, soft bathrobe and slippers that were slightly too big for his feet.
He sat down at Masuda’s bed, next to him and putting the towel over the back of his neck he leaned close and placed a kiss to Masuda’s exposed shoulder.
The older one threw him a smile. “Good Morning, Yuya.”
As usual, Masuda had been awake before him. Tegoshi always slept longer than the brunette, let him go to the bathroom first. He’d then stumble out of bed and into the shower after Masuda came back.
Now, after a long hot shower, he felt awake and able to greet Masuda properly. “Good Morning.”
“Did you sleep well?”
“I would have slept better if we could just have moved our beds together.” Tegoshi shoved the wet hair out of his face. “I hate twin rooms.”
“You didn’t even try to sleep in your bed, however”, Masuda answered and kept on reading the magazine in his hand.
“Did you really expect me staying in my bed when you were just so close?”
Masuda raised his look to the younger one. “Not really.”
Tegoshi nodded. “See. For the time we’ll stay here, we’re going to share this bed.”
“We’re lucky Koyama didn’t get through with his plan to mix up the rooms this time.”
Tegoshi nodded. “He wanted me to share a room with him; his intentions are so obvious.”
“Even if he had gotten through with it, he should have noticed by now that I’m not the type to get jealous”, Masuda commented and got a pen from the night stand to write down a few letters in the puzzle he had found in the magazine.
Tegoshi frowned. “I am to pity, really. You don’t even care if others try to unhitch me from you.”
Masuda laughed. “It’s Koyama. He doesn’t really have interests in you.”
“How do you know? He’s probably…”
“He’s not looking at you like that”, Masuda interrupted and put the Magazine aside. “It’s more of the brotherly caring look.”
“But if anyone was looking at me like that you’d get jealous?” Tegoshi shifted closer.
“I don’t know”, Masuda said and titled his head. “I’m pretty confident you won’t leave me that easily for anyone else.”
Tegoshi gave him a look, before he suddenly got up to get dressed. “In that case there are no problems, right?”
Masuda knew that tone exactly, so he got up as well and went over to hug Tegoshi from behind. “Are there?”
Putting one of his hands over Masuda’s that were crossed over his stomach, Tegoshi shook his head. “I like this. Sharing a room with Massu is the best.”
Masuda laughed slightly. “Can you even compare? We always share a room together.”
“Oh, I can”, Tegoshi answered and leaned against him. “The one time I shared a room with Ryo-kun was surely enough to compare. It felt really awkward.”
“When you told me about it those days, you didn’t sound too dissatisfied, actually.”
“It was funny, because we both didn’t know the other one well enough”, Tegoshi said and chuckled. “But being with you I can behave the way I want.”
“We can compensate for acting like friends the whole day this way”, Masuda agreed and placed a gentle kiss to Tegoshi’s neck.
“Let’s do something special for Christmas, okay?” The younger one turned around and smiled.
“During our tour? The others will get suspicious of us if we go on a date.”
“We’ll take them with us. Have a nice party or something. But I don’t want to let that evening go waste”, Tegoshi said.
Masuda nodded. “Okay, if you want that.”
The dark blonde smiled; he knew Masuda would never refuse any of Tegoshi’s wishes. It was just the same for him when it came to Masuda.
A knock at their door made them both turn their heads and Tegoshi pouted, as he watched Masuda going over to open up.
“Good morning”, Kato said and walked in without asking. Yamashita was following him.
“What’s the matter?” Masuda stepped back and closed the door then.
“Really, Tegoshi, you should be ready by now”, Kato said and frowned at him. “We want to leave in ten minutes.”
“I was busy just now”, Tegoshi just answered.
“However”, Yamashita interrupted and smiled. “We thought about a party tonight.”
“A party?” Masuda titled his head.
Yamashita nodded. “Since it’s Christmas time and we all won’t get the chance to spend Christmas as usual.”
“But Christmas Eve is tomorrow.” Tegoshi quickly glanced at Masuda.
“That doesn’t really matter, does it?” Kato looked at the magazine Masuda had left at the night stand earlier. “It’s just about getting together and have some fun.”
Tegoshi nodded. “However, of course we’ll join in.”
Yamashita went back to the door to open it. “Okay, then we’ll meet downstairs in eight minutes. Hurry up, Tegoshi-kun.”
As they were gone, Tegoshi turned to Masuda and frowned. “Somehow, they behaved strange.”
Masuda raised his shoulders. “Do you think so? I think they were both just normal.”
Tegoshi nodded. “It was probably just my imagination.” Then he turned to his huge bag and got out some of his clothes. “What should I wear?”
Outside, at the corridor, Kato and Yamashita were walking in silence, until Kato turned his head. “I think Koyama was probably right.”
Yamashita sighed, before he nodded. “One bed wasn’t used at all.”
Masuda hadn’t talked to Tegoshi about it, but he was pretty sure Koyama had spilled his suspicions to the other members.
And he couldn’t get rid of the feeling that this whole we-are-all-having-a-party-together thing was a plan of them to uncover him and Tegoshi.
Masuda felt nervous about it and didn’t really dare to come even near Tegoshi or look at him longer than necessary whenever the other boys were around.
They arrived at the hotel in a van and Ryo got out first. Masuda waited to let Tegoshi leave before him, then he got out himself and hurried into the building.
They would meet later in Koyama’s and Kato’s room, but first they’d all settle down from their performance and would take a shower and get some rest.
It kept silent in the lift; Ryo was standing in front of the door, staring at the numbers that were changing every few seconds until it reached their floor.
He turned after they had all left. His and Yamashita’s room was closest to the lift. “I’ll see you later then.”
Masuda just managed a tired nod, while Tegoshi was happily smiling and waved.
In their room, Masuda immediately got over to the bed and lied down. “I’ll stay here and sleep.”
“Massu…” Tegoshi came over and sat at the edge of the bed, stroking his boyfriend’s hair. “We don’t often do those things together. You shouldn’t miss it.”
Masuda first just looked at Tegoshi, then he shifted, until his head was lying in Tegoshi’s lap. “Let me stay like this for a bit.”
Smiling, the younger one ran his fingers through the brunette strands. “You’re so eager for affection lately, Massu.”
Masuda closed his eyes and enjoyed Tegoshi’s touches. “I’m just eager for your affection.”
Tegoshi chuckled and shifted then, until Masuda lifted his head and the smaller boy could join him on the bed. “Let’s stay like this for a while”, he murmured and held Masuda close.
“We need to get ready or else we’ll be late.”
“We’ll shower together to catch up time later.”
Masuda frowned and gently kissed the soft skin at Tegoshi’s neck. “I don’t think we‘ll be faster to get ready then; but I’ll leave you the illusion.”
For a moment, Tegoshi thought about it. He could get up now, to shower first and get ready while Masuda would shower then. Or he could lie here for a few minutes longer and hold Masuda, make him kiss him more, make him want Tegoshi more and more and then drag him under a hot, relaxing shower. “I guess I don’t mind being late.”
Masuda laughed slightly and then pressed Tegoshi to his back, shifting to be on top of him, before he caught the younger boy’s lips in a kiss.
His hands were already scanning down Tegoshi’s body, dragging out cute, pleased noises of him, before Tegoshi arched and pulled away from the kiss, gripping Masuda’s wrists.
“Shower, Massu.”
“We can do it in the shower. Again”, Masuda murmured and leaned in again, breaking down Tegoshi’s guard with kissing the exposed skin over his collarbone. “After we’re finished here.”
Tegoshi didn’t really want to protest, but he used all his might and strength to push Masuda away, though. “We can do it in bed. Again”, he imitated Masuda and grinned as he rolled off of the bed and took the older male’s hand. “After we’re finished with that party.”
Masuda smiled and let Tegoshi lead him over to the bathroom. In front of the wooden door, the younger boy stopped and turned, smiling at Masuda seductively and titled his head, leaning in for a kiss.
Masuda’s hands were resting at the slender hips, pulling them close to his as he came forward without hesitation.
In that moment, their door was opened without any warning and only the fact that the door was in his view, saved them from being seen by Koyama immediately.
“Is it better now?” Tegoshi looked into Masuda’s eyes, a sorrowful expression in his face.
Masuda’s hands were back to his sides and he blinked a few times. “It doesn’t hurt that bad anymore.”
Tegoshi smiled and pulled away then, taking his hand from Masuda’s shoulder, then he looked at the door and saw Koyama staring at them. “You could have just knocked, Keii-chan.”
The oldest one frowned. “What exactly are you doing?”
“Oh, Massu had something in his eye and it was all teary all the time, so I had a look”, Tegoshi explained and then smiled at Massu, holding his pointing finger to the brunette’s face. “Here, it was just a lash, apparently.”
Masuda looked at it and nodded. “It’s much better now.”
“Then make a wish.”
Masuda smiled at him, before he leaned in and blew over Tegoshi’s finger. “It better comes true after what I had to endure because of it.”
Koyama shook his head. “You two are such kids.”
“Don’t you make a wish when you lose a lash?”
“I don’t think so.”
“What did you come for?” Masuda turned and got over to get some new clothes.
“Just wanted to get you; Ryo and Pi are already there.”
Tegoshi smiled. “We were both a bit tired, so we’re not even done showering yet. We’ll be there in no time.”
“Ah, it’s okay” Koyama smiled and finally came in completely, closing the door.
Masuda and Tegoshi exchanged a quick glance.
“I’ll just wait here until you’re both done.”
Tegoshi smiled and sat down at the bed then. “You can entertain me while Massu showers.”
Koyama nodded and sat down next to him.
Masuda threw them a look before he closed the door to the bathroom behind him and let go of a sigh as soon as he was alone.
That had been close, too close. Tegoshi had acted pretty fast and it was just thanks to that their covers weren’t blown, but it was too risky after all.
They couldn’t even kiss anymore in their hotel room, because by now the others didn’t even think of knocking before they’d come in.
It was obvious to Masuda now that they tried to catch them in the act, to make it look like they wouldn’t know and he and Tegoshi were betraying them.
That’s what it was, actually, but Masuda couldn’t get rid of the feeling that they weren’t the only ones acting unfair.
Why didn’t Koyama just talk to them? No, instead he had talked about it to the others and they were trying to uncover them now with tricks.
The whole thing was so childish, he just wanted to go out now and tell Koyama that yes, he was in love with Tegoshi, and that yes, he secretly held the younger one’s hand whenever no one looked, and that yes, he kissed him when they were alone and that yes, he had slept with Tegoshi and couldn’t get enough of it.
That he’d have him hot and wet and ready for Masuda under this shower right now, if it wasn’t for Koyama’s sudden visit.
The urge to do so and end this farce was huge, but thinking of Tegoshi, Masuda couldn’t do it. If they’d tell the others they should do it together and more important, decide it together.
Sighing, Masuda undressed and stepped under the hot spray of the shower.
It soothed his stiff muscles, washed away the sweat and dirt and he felt much better, but thinking about what he could have had instead, it was somehow depressing.
“Cheers!”
Glasses were ringing as they all made a toast.
“We can finally seriously do this, since Tegoshi can join us now, too.” Koyama grinned happily and pointed at the beer in Tegoshi’s hands.
“At least legally”, Kato added.
“You’re the one to talk”, Ryo said and grinned. “Those few months don’t make you any less baby-like.”
“I’m a lot more mature than Tegoshi.”
“I wouldn’t say that”, Tegoshi threw in.
“You’re anything but mature, Tegoshi.” Yamashita chuckled.
The youngest one pouted.
“Compared to Shige we’re all not that mature.”
Ryo laughed. “You just say that, because you’re less mature than he is, even though you’re so much older, Koyama.”
Koyama only grinned.
Masuda watched them with a smile. He usually didn’t participate in those conversations. But just like this, he somehow was a part of it, though.
Slowly he glanced at Tegoshi. Usually, they were sitting side by side, but this evening Masuda had decided to sit at the other side of the couch; literally as far from Tegoshi as possible.
Tegoshi saw the look and as he smiled, Masuda quickly looked away.
Frowning, Tegoshi turned his head again, as well, noticing Yamashita’s eyes on him. He smiled angelic-like and then leaned in to Ryo who was sitting next to him.
“Can I have another glass?”
“You already drank up?”
He grinned. “It’s not like I didn’t have any practice.”
Ryo sighed. “Doing all the forbidden things, Tegnyan, that won’t end too well.”
Tegoshi shrugged his shoulders and gripped the bottle himself to refill his glass. “I’m doing quite well, thanks.”
The others were silently shaking their heads, only Masuda frowned. That was rather unlike Tegoshi, but he also knew the younger one could get blown away from a moment’s excitement.
It was several hours later. All of them were tired and only Kato and Tegoshi had definitely too much to drink already. They were both giggling madly.
“I hope they’ll be okay tomorrow.”
Yamashita looked at Koyama and titled his head, watching the two again.
Sometime during the evening, Tegoshi had gone over to Massu and had hugged him tightly. Masuda had smiled apologetic at the others and had shoved the younger one away.
Tegoshi had pouted.
Now, they were sitting side by side again, as usual, but something was different. Normally, they had all noticed by now, those two would exchange those looks, would touch each other’s hand for a moment, or pretend there wasn’t enough space, so they were literally forced to sit as close as they did.
But this time there was a huge gap between them.
“I could fit in there”, Koyama said.
“They probably fought”, Ryo said.
“But then Tegoshi doesn’t know about that fight, since he acts all normal. It’s Massu.” Yamashita observed Tegoshi hugging Kato and they both burst into laughter again.
“He probably knows we found out”, Koyama added.
Masuda stood now and went over to the bathroom. Three pairs of eyes were following his moves as he disappeared behind the door.
“He’s trying hard.”
Ryo nodded. “They should just admit finally. It’s so obvious.”
“Well, Tegoshi’s doing his best, too.” Koyama pointed at the two youngest members who were fooling around with the pillows and lamp. Then Tegoshi turned and noticed Masuda was gone.
He blinked at the others and then at the empty space next to him, as Masuda came back from the bath room.
“I’ll get some fresh air quickly”, Masuda apologized himself with a smile.
Ryo, Koyama and Yamashita just raised each one hand in synch, slightly waving. Then they looked at Tegoshi again.
The younger one frowned and got up then. “I’ll be back.”
This time they didn’t even bother to react, since Tegoshi wasn’t paying attention to them, however.
“Kids”, Koyama sighed.
Yamashita nodded and leaned back, looking at Kato who was left alone with the lamp and the pillow now, apparently noticing that they weren’t as funny as Tegoshi had made him believe.
Ryo shook his head. “Girls.”
While that, Masuda had already hurried down the floor to the lift. He just needed some fresh air.
Acting like this was really hard. He had wanted to jump at Ryo for giving Tegoshi that much alcohol, at Shige for holding Tegoshi’s attention like that.
And at Tegoshi for acting like he did.
Why did he have to hug Masuda when he knew the other ones were suspecting them? When he knew they were almost uncovered?
And why did he, Masuda, have to be the only one being strong and act like this?
“Massu!”
He turned and sighed as he saw Tegoshi hurrying over to him, after he had pressed the button for the lift.
“Where are you going?”
“Out.”
“Why?”
“Because I need fresh air.”
“Are you mad?” Tegoshi gripped his arm.
Masuda shook his head. “Just exhausted.”
Tegoshi pulled him closer. “Why don’t you let me sooth you?”
“Because you made me that exhausted, Yuya.”
The younger one blinked. “How?”
“It doesn’t work if I am the only one acting as if there was nothing between us, okay?” The door opened, and Masuda pulled himself free from Tegoshi’s grip. “You can’t just come over and hug me, secretly touch me like that and expect me to act all cool.”
“It wasn’t meant to…”
“That doesn’t matter, Yuya. You’re not making it easy for me.”
“You want me to act as if I don’t care for you at all?” Tegoshi got angry now, despite the alcohol that had lifted his mood. “That wouldn’t be normal either. I’ve been always hugging you. I’ve been always taking the seat next to you. I’ve been always giving you smiles and looks and touches.”
“But now they notice”, Masuda countered. “Now, they interpret everything we do.”
Tegoshi sighed and made a step forwards, looking at Masuda’s face. “Why don’t we just let them?”
Masuda frowned. “Eh?”
“Let them now, Masuda. I don’t want to hide anymore.”
The older boy could only stare at Tegoshi. The doors closed again, a gentle ring sounded above them and Tegoshi smiled at him, pointing one finger to the ceiling.
Masuda titled his head and saw the mistletoes.
“Give me a kiss, Massu.”
Looking at those eyes, Masuda knew he should lean in and do as he was told; but he couldn’t.
“I’ll go back first.”
As he turned, Tegoshi stared at him with big eyes, watched him walking to the other end of the corridor and disappearing into the room.
Mixed with the alcohol the anger came faster than he had thought. Angrily, he followed him, already planning what exactly he would tell Masuda now.
But then he stopped.
He turned and walked back to the lift. If Masuda wanted him to act less affectionate towards him as long as the others were around, he would give him that.
With a smile he slowly walked back to the room and noticed the thick air. Everyone was giving Masuda curious looks because he was obviously in a very bad mood.
“Ah, Tegoshi, you’re back.”
He smiled at Yamashita. “What’s wrong here?”
“We thought you could tell us. Massu is snapping at us again.” Koyama titled his head. “It has usually something to do with you when he’s like that.”
Tegoshi shrugged his shoulders. “I don’t know what you mean. I didn’t do anything to him.”
“That’s probably the problem... he needs Tegoshi doing something to him”, Ryo whispered to Kato and the younger one giggled.
The situation was helpless already, Tegoshi figured. He didn’t know what Ryo had said, but the way Shige giggled said everything. The others knew perfectly what was going on and he didn’t see any reason why they should make a secret of it anymore.
Slowly he walked past Masuda, ignoring his glance at him and sat down far from him next to Koyama.
The older one was watching Masuda, so he turned his head at Tegoshi’s gentle said “Keii-chan!”
In the next moment, he felt soft lips pressed to his, for just a second though, then he stared at Tegoshi’s smiling face.
Ryo gaped, Yamashita gasped and Shige giggled just even more. They all turned to stare at Masuda who didn’t seem less confused.
Koyama shifted away from Tegoshi. “What was that?”
The younger one held up the mistletoe in his hand again. “I held this over the two of us, so I kissed you.”
“Are you insane?”
Koyama had asked it in the same moment as Masuda and the room fell silent.
Tegoshi turned his head to Masuda, giving him a cold look. “You didn’t want to kiss me when we stood beneath it, did you?”
The other four automatically looked at Masuda now.
The brunette had gotten up and now took the few steps over to Tegoshi. “Don’t you dare, Yuya.”
“What?”, the younger one asked and got up as well. “Kissing Keii-chan again? Or Ryo? Or Yamapi or Shige?” He turned and stepped closer to them. “I won’t hesitate to do so.”
“Oh, wow, wait!” Yamashita got up and walked behind the couch, observing every of Tegoshi’s moves. “I’m not playing along here.”
Kato got up as well, but more enthusiastically than Yamashita. “I’m drunk, however, I don’t mind!”
“My God”, Ryo said and got up now, too, to take Kato by his shoulders and turn him around, away from Tegoshi. “Don’t do things you would regret later.”
Masuda stepped closer now and took Tegoshi’s wrist, pulling him away from the others. “What do you think you’re doing?”
“Open up your eyes”, Tegoshi answered. “You behave like a child.”
“Oh ho, well, he’s not the only one”, Ryo commented.
“Could we just stop all this and be friends again?” Koyama’s voice seemed desperate.
“Are you saying?!” Tegoshi and Masuda spit at him in the same moment.
“You started this in the first place”, Tegoshi added then.
“And you thought it was a nice idea to trap us with this fake party.” Masuda agreed.
“Well, it worked better than I had thought”, Kato said from behind the couch where Ryo had lead him to Yamashita.
Ryo giggled. “Be nice now and make up. Say sorry you kissed Koyama, Tegoshi.”
“I am not.”
“Dare, say that again!” Masuda still held the younger boy’s wrist and turned him around now. “I know you are.”
“Why would I? You were ignoring me all evening because of your childish, selfish reasons.” Tegoshi clicked his tongue. “Because you thought there was something to keep as a secret.”
“Don’t tell me I was selfish”, Masuda answered. “I didn’t kiss someone else out of frustration.”
“Don’t even think of it; I wouldn’t forgive you.”
“Oh, but you expect me to forgive you?”
“You were the one making me do it in the first place!” Tegoshi pulled his wrist free.
“It’s like out of a drama”, Yamashita said and the others nodded in agreement.
Koyama frowned deeply. “I thought of a happy end when I planned this. Why are they like that?”
Ryo sighed. “Because you forgot in your plans that Tegoshi is never acting according to any plans.”
“But Massu isn’t, either.” Koyama sighed and got up. He stepped next to them and made a calming gesture with his hands. “Okay, okay, settle down now. Everything’s okay.” He took both of them at one shoulder and shoved them apart.
“Don’t touch him”, Masuda said and pushed Koyama’s hand away. He reached out his hand and pulled Tegoshi close to him, out of the older one’s reach.
“I knew it!” Tegoshi said immediately and looked up to Masuda’s face.
Turning his look from Koyama to Tegoshi, he frowned. “What?”
“I knew you would get jealous.”
Masuda stared at him. “You tested me?”
“Well”, Tegoshi said and smiled sweetly. “It was a nice side effect.”
It went silent again, then Masuda sighed, before he wrapped his arms around Tegoshi. “Did you really think I wouldn’t care?”
“You made it look like that.” Tegoshi lifted his hands and held Masuda’s shoulders.
Masuda just silently shook his head and held Tegoshi even closer, dragging a relieved sigh out of him.
“Okay, time for us to go to bed, Pi”, Ryo said and turned to the door. “What follows now, is something I definitely don’t want to see.”
“What? What?” Kato looked confused from the couple to Ryo and back. “Are you saying…?” He gaped, came out from behind the couch as well. “Go back to your room! Don’t do it here!”
Koyama laughed slightly and exchanged a look with Yamashita. “I think the party is over.”
Masuda pulled away from Tegoshi and sighed. “We’ll better talk this over when we’re alone.”
“Talk, sure”, Ryo snorted.
“Ah, don’t put images into my head”, Kato whined.
Koyama smiled and looped his arms around the younger ones shoulders to escort them to the door. “We expect you to be back to normal tomorrow morning.”
Yamashita followed and left into the other direction with Ryo, while Tegoshi and Masuda turned once more to see Koyama watching them.
“And don’t scare me like that ever again, Tegorin”, he said a bit louder, so that they could hear.
“Tsk”, Masuda snorted as he opened the door to their room. “As if he’d been scared; I know he enjoyed it.”
A grin spread over Tegoshi’s face and he shoved Masuda into the room, closing the door, before he kissed him.
“You’re exaggerating, Massu.”
“Ready to stand by”, a staff member said and held up two fingers to show them, they just had two minutes left until they’d get up on stage.
Yamashita went ahead and turned then, gathering the others around him.
“Let’s give our best today”, he said and smiled, before he put his hand into their circle, letting the others put theirs onto his. “Don’t get hurt, do your thing properly and please the fans!”
The others nodded.
With a loud “Yosh!” they stepped all out of the circle and prepared to get on stage.
Ryo was doing some stretching while Koyama and Yamashita discussed last details and Kato was already at the stairs to the stage.
Masuda reached out his hand and took Tegoshi’s, pulling him closer to his side.
The younger one smiled and squeezed Masuda’s hand, before he leaned in and placed a kiss to his lips.
“Do your best.”
“You, too.”
“Get on stage and at least stop all that lovey dovey acting there”, Ryo said from the stairs and went outside. They both grinned and Koyama smiled at them satisfied as they left, Masuda letting Tegoshi get out first, before he followed last.
Tegoshi turned while climbing the stairs, looking at Masuda.
“Ne, Massu.”
The older one reacted with a smile. “What is it?”
“I don’t know when it happened, but I’m glad I fell in love with you.”
